Eygló started her own label in 2006 after graduating from the Iceland Academy of Arts and interning with Bernhard Willhelm, AsFour and Jeremy Scott. She is one of the nine designers that co-own the shop Kiosk in Reykjavik which has been awarded "The best shop to buy local fashion design" by The Reykjavik Grapevine for the last 5 years. Eygló’s chief concept is creating something new with silk and natural fibres, with patterns and prints inspired by sources as disparate as dinosaurs and the surface of Mars. Edgy, young and sincere are Eygló’s key characteristics.
