NJAL: E-COMMERCE INTERN

This internship is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working for the 2011 recipient of the Drapers E-Tail Innovation Award. RESPONSIBILITIES:

| Assisting the team with the curation of online shop
| Inventory management
| Order processing
| Customer relations management
| Respond to queries from customers and designers
| Managing targeted communications campaigns to drive qualified visitors
| Increase customers’ return-to-shop frequency
| Assist on managing the Google AdWords account
| Marketing through social media

REQUIREMENTS:

| A love of fashion, online shopping and dedicated team spirit
| Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, additional language skills beneficial
| Extremely well organised, energetic, self-motivated and forward-thinking
| Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and basic experience in using photo editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
| Creative, solution-driven thinker
| Previous experience with a leading e-commerce business beneficial
