This collection is inspired by artist Tracey Emin’s exhibition “I cried because I love you.”
The exhibition illustrates a self-reflexive moment in her life. She uses many
wordings with different media to address the pain of loneliness, the
complexity of desire, and the bitterness of separation and loss.
Wordings are rational, yet the messages received by readers are perceptual.
