CAMILLASALGAARD

Camilla is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. She studied at Birmingham Institute of Art and Design and graduated in 2010.

In 2010 Danish born Camilla Salgaard graduated from Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, from where she received her Degree in Fashion Design. Camilla Salgaard loves to play around with volume and structure, and with an aim to dress women in contemporary and directional garments and promote individuality, Camilla Salgaard creates powerful, feminine garments with a soul to suit the female shape. In her designs sharp and constructed meets soft and graceful, which creates an unique and eclectic aesthetic. “I believe that my clothes rest in their own creative personality and radiate a natural soul. The look is strong and charismatic!” Camilla Salgaard showed her collection at London Graduate Fashion Week 2010, and since it has been well-received in the press. Her collection was designated as one of the strongest, and it was shortlisted for the River Island Gold Award and showed on the prestigious Gala Show.
