Priscilla is based in Gulfport, United States. She studied at University of South Florida and graduated in 1986. Her collections are produced in United States.
From the age of 14 I have been sewing. I have created maternity clothes, cloth diapers for babies and prom dresses for my daughter, as well as men's & women's wear.
