Arturo Rios, a new generation talented fashion hat designer, lives and works in Los Angeles, California. His celebrated career started in 2001 when he met legendary Italian Hat Designer Karen Indreland, where he learned the exceptional skills and techniques.
Arturo considers himself an ordinary guy yet designs nothing but out-of-the ordinary hats. He loves the colours of nature, flowers and birds; his inspiration comes from what he sees in everyday life. Using colourful and unique fabrics, exotic and flexible feathers, combining antique materials with modern ideas, he creates brilliant fashion headpieces.
Arturo's artistic works are all hand-crafter, one piece at a time, and worn by many exclusive clients worldwide like celebrities Daisy Fuentes, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Cheryl Burke, Jaime Kind, Bai Ling, Trichina Arnold, Adrianne Bailon, Lorielle New, Eva La Rue and Juliette Lewis shown in high-end fashion magazines like British Vogue and other media.
