The collection of exquisite, beautiful hand-finished silk scarves, created by talented designer siblings Amy and Karine Brutijan, is based on hand-drawn illustrations and oil paintings and is very impressive, eye-catching and original.
Pattern and colour are the focal point of this timeless collection of luxury silk twill, satin and chiffon squares. Entitled “Sonnet”, the collection is inspired by the English romantic poetry of Wordsworth, Shelley and Byron and their emphasis on intuition and emotion as a source of inspiration, by their philosophical vision of love and worship of nature and its glory, by fairy tales and the mystic world of fantasy animals and creatures created by artistic imagination, by all kind things which give humans Hope and Love.
The collection reveals AMYKARINE signature style of sophisticated fusion of art and fashion, beautiful unique patterns and rich colour palette, being both timeless, classical and at the same time chic and modern.
