À LA DISPOSITION is the manifestation of Lynda and Daniel Kinne’s visionary drive. It is the harmonization of aesthetic form and modern functionality. It awakens the desire for individuality in each and every wearer. It embodies the luxury of eccentricity. The emphasis remains on rigorously constructed pieces with a flair for dramatic, avant-garde details.
Lynda and Daniel Kinne met at Parsons School of Design and graduated together with the class of 2000. There they developed the core of their joint work: complementing each other in all aspects. This would later lead to the founding of À LA DISPOSITION in 2005. The artistic designers both have a very unique set of technical skills achieved through their many years of experience and experimentation.

After participating for several seasons at New York Fashion Week the label has shifted its presentations towards London, which allowed them to further create a complete universe for each collection, articulate their vision and bring their collection to a relevant audience in a lasting yet dynamic format.

The manipulation of the À LA DISPOSITION silhouette as a means of transcending the human figure is at the heart of each collection. This manipulation is achieved through pattern, cut and construction to shape the fabric coupled with a bold use of color. The result is the expression of individuality, or a body of work which illustrates reactionary modernity.
